ww.sadly no - they go to work so they drink.....
How many people in this country work to drink?
We have 10 cm of snow. Buses and trams are running. Traffic jams are not too bad. No worse than usual.
No one is very sure but approx 4 million in UK are alcohol dependent..... ( ratio of 3/1 male/female)
