Cocktail of the day

My dear reader, Portinari, who has a very good nose for a drink, introduced me to Zubrowka (bison grass vodka) and Fever-Tree tonic, and jolly refreshing it was too! Happy birthday Portinari!

In Sweden they drink it with apple juice - a surprisingly refreshing combination. In Minsk they pour it over ice cream - a less refined use.

Gladdya like it! Don't forget the ice while te weather demands it.
'And yet I really must complain about the company's champagne - in England it is a matter of pride or habit when we dine - presumably the latter. But yet beneath an Equatorial sky we must consume it or we die and stern indomitable men have told me time and time again "The trouble with the tropics is the sheer necessity of fizz!".
